I've got a Logitech Wingman Formula Force GP steering wheel (for PC) that I've had for a while and haven't used in ages, so I figured I'd see if I could get anything for it. I think that they currently sell for about $120+tax, which is the same that I paid for mine. It works perfect, all the cords are included.... I think I may even still have the box for it. It's for PC, but it also works for PS2 (I know that it works for Gran Turismo 3 for sure, not sure about any other games... I can't remember if I've tested it for any other games.
