It should be one strong setup especially with the engine management and protection that he will be running, thus hopefully cutting the chances of that happening, down. Boost cutoffs do work wonders now-adays.
Yip, the kid that fabricated his manifold does some exceptional work! His tig-welds are pure perfection. His manifolds are nicer then the lovefab equal lenth manis for christ sake!!
That is one sick, sick setup. That turbo is like twice the size of the one I'm running, and the manifold is pure sex. Its like mine, but tig welded and stainless.....so I guess its not like mine Is the car still going to be street legal, or is it going in a strictly racecar?
The car is going to meet and pass the requirements of motor vehicle safety inspection? Explain what that means please, I don't quite understand. And, as mentioned on the "the other forum" that is absolutely amazing. That kid does wicked work (that made the manifold) I've seen some up close pics of other projects he has done, pure beauty, the manifold is well worth whatever it cost for the perfection of it. As for the motor setup, that is absolutely crazy!!! What a blast that would be to drive, something so turbo hungry that its going to need 100-150 shot just to spool up, thats unbelievable! Usaf, that deserves MAD PROPS and you should feel proud about the work/time/money/effort/knowledge put into that! Hope you get some crazy numbers. Side note. . . how the fuck is that going to hookup? lol
