Its not blown, it has a tunnel ram. Which makes it even gayer.

Yeah, tunnel rams are real gay.Nothing more gay than a tunnel ram, especially when you toss a couple of 750 + cfm carbs underneath.

Works better if the carbs where ONTOP of the tunnel ram! lol

And as for the function of them, they're very good for drag racing, they offer virtual straight line of induction into the engine, no curves, no bends, virtually no drag on the intake.

I was refering to the apperance of one on a cavalier. Personally I wouldn't cut the hood of any street car for a tunnel ram. Looks like it wouldn't matter in this case though. Besides tunnel rams are an old technology there are alternatives now. Underneath??? are you sure we are talking about the same thing?

Meh, the car altogether is a quick job. The motor is sitting up a mile and a half and there is no reason why it couldn't go down another 6-10" in the engine bay, the rear end is solidly mounted in there (good luck with that one). And the rad is jammed under the engine (probably why the engine sits so high in the bay) cause someone didn't want to take the effort to find a smaller rad that would fit in the front rad shroud.

A small block chev can be fitting into a 2nd gen cavy with NO PROBLEMS (there is a lot of reworking to do to firewall, and frame) but the car can retain a factory ride height and have a factory hood which shuts.
