I voted "free parking at work"
But the answer to your question "Why do I Drive?", is that's my only way to get to work.

I drive to work out of necessity. No public transit where I live, so because none of the others really applied, I voted money ain't no thang!

It's a short drive, I like driving, we don't have public transport and I'm rich as fuck and money ain't a thang (one of these reasons may not be true).

I drive because the bus takes 3X times longer to get there then if I drive.

    30min drive.....1.5 hour bus ride

I drive more in the summer

Mainly because I'm baller as fuck.

(no, not really... I hate the streetcar in the heat, and I like leaving work to a freshly washed and waxed car)

I take the bus because I'm cheap and its only 10 minutes slower than driving, and the stop is just outside my place

It's not so much the "stigma" of the transit system, but rather the fact that our system sucks... as a whole. I live in Cowie Hill and work in Burnside. I'd spend more time commuting than at work, if I took the bus.

Why on earth would I take the bus when it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest bus stop, and it would take 2+ hours to get there with at least 2 connections, when I can drive there in 15 minutes.

money aint a thang, also I need my car to go to meetings downtown and such. I have a work car but it is an ugly HHR with tons of stickers around it so I will not be riding in that looser cruiser.

I work at the airport and have free parking so I drive. If I have to go downtown M-F between 7-7 I park at Lacewood and hop on the bus. Couldn't be arsed finding or paying for parking downtown and love the convenience of public transport.

Free parking, no buses where we live, hate the bus anyway, need to actually get there at a reasonable time without leaving stupidly early...

I need my car for my job. It helps that parking is free, and it takes 25 minutes vs. an hour.
