yup... i love your car steve.....

Mine was a '88 corolla.. hehe.. i loved that car... it was like 10 diff colors.. me and my parents did massive amounts of body work to it.. I'd miss it if it wasn't so ugly.. and gutless... :-(

I bought a 96 Cavalier with 36,000 on it for $8,000. Not much of a sports car, infact it's not anywhere near one. But it serves a purposes, it's a nice first car to build up an insurance rating with.

Well, he had the yellow "H" badge on the trunk lid, the yellow pedal covers and he got custom made "DOHC VTEC" badges in yellow on the side to replace the stock silver ones.

I actually have to say that I liked the coloured DOHC VTEC badges since they were IDENTICAL to stock other then colour. Half of ClubSi wanted those back in the day.

My first car was an 89 Sentra I then proceeded to have a 90 Ford F150 three quarterton truck with plow gear ( yes I got many stares) and I now have a 90 Honda Accord which I am hoping to replace with a truck soon! :)

there was no drivin mommy or daddies car for feck that i bought my first car myself for 150 bucks it was an 83 celica i was 12 and had no liscense that car didn't last long  next was a 88 626 turbo..

when i got my liscense i bought a 93 topaz and literally destroyed it over the 6 months i had it ending with a "tits up in the rhubarb" situation after the 4th engine and a 5speed swap.. now i pilot an 89 civic hatchback

Sorry man, I haven't watched it in like a year.... I'll break out the DVD tonight and re-educate my self. :)

As for the subs.. that's just the angle of the picture.
Those were 4 Orion XTR DVC 12" subs in a sealed enclosure being powered by a pair a Orion 225HCCAs running 1ohm Mono.. so.. about 800w rms to the subs. Pretty badass back in 1995.

.. and yeah.. it was a shitbox, but damn I loved that car.... :D
I do wish I still had it.
