    What does the favourites link do/what's its purpose? I just noticed it, but there's no threades in it when I clicked on it?

    The favourites section is for your favourite posts.... :P
    Just to make it easy to bring them up or keep track of them I guess!

    I have a bunch of posts I follow in there.

    look above the quick reply box and there is an "Add To Favourites"
    option.
