Ok, I have a link to 2, maybe 3 earthquake phd2 amplifiers... These are the 2000 watt class D amps that have been ruling the db drag scene for the past 5 years.. They are used, but not abused.. fully modified to handle a 0.5 ohm load.. retail is $1499 + tax each.. To have them modified by earthquake is another $200. I have a chance to buy these at $500 each from a buddy of mine out west.. specs are as follows: 1500 watts x 1 @ 4 ohm 2000 watts x 1 @ 2 ohm 2350 watts x 1 @ 1 ohm 2700 watts x 1 @ 0.5 ohm Let me know if any of you want one..
I use to have one back in the day. it was there older all black series with the eq symbol in the center. I had it running full tilt @ 1 ohm on a single 15", never heated up on me.. it would get a little warm, but nothing more then a rockford running at 4 ohm stereo.. It never gave me any issues and i loved it, if i was still into spl, these would definately be the amps that i'd be running.
