I know you guys love the JT has no experience shot but your last choice of leader was an American fake insurance salesman that used your political donations to send his kids to private school and you supported that over JT lol

Also, by my count, JT now has 6 years experience as PM :o

It’s not even worth the speculation of who should have been CPC leader. I don’t see them winning the next election either and they’ll choose a new leader after that loss.
O’Toole isn’t the leader that will take down Trudeau.

hard right will vote PPC if they’re unhappy with O’Toole, which will split votes. I expected this during the last election but the PPC was a far bigger colossal failure than anyone could have even predicted. I don’t think O’Toole is going to gain that many swing votes from the left to make up what he’s going to need to unseat Trudeau.

And... the state of the Conservative party. Still debating whether science is real. Next up: The Earth - How flat is it?! Followed by: Women - Who let them out of the kitchen?!

But in that clip Harper doesn't say he was trying to establish a permanent Conservative government. He says "long term contender for power in government." To me, those don't mean the same thing..

As for permanent Liberal governments... I wouldn't be surprised if JT is PM til he doesn't want to be anymore.. I think he'll end up being more permanent than anyone ever thought, surely more permanent than Harper.

Okay now lets see 6 years as PM but how much of that has actually been spent working and not on personal days? Nearly 25% of 2020 was spent on personal days.
You like to take every opportunity to shit on poor Andy you can
And he did sell insurance didn't he?
And he was also a Canadian wan't he?
Just fact checking seems to be a thing now

Max didn't even win his his seat in the last election and they lost their party status so I don't where they are standing now. Max only did the PPC to split the right vote because he was pissed he didn't win the leadership race
I know he is still chirping on Twitter like the sore loser he is.
There is a break in CPC right now that are not happy with Erin and we just saw it today with the Climate Change vote, they just fucked him dry on it with a 54% against dropping the "Climate Change is real" Oh I see HairyAssHairyAss posted it.

Yeah I hear him now say contender. Still not a very flattering clip. I'd actually like to hear the whole interview. I don't see JT going anywhere anytime soon either especially with the conservatives seemingly getting worse by the day.

They really did fuck themselves. They have a great plan to bolster renewable energy and alternative fuels, they could have, at worst, not mentioned anything about climate change rather than straight up rejecting it. I highly doubt there are that many voters out there using climate change as a single issue but more so looking at it as part of the package. Everything the CPC does alienates potential swing voters and it makes absolutely no sense.

    Well Well Well.

Evan Solomon, saying that GlaxoSmithKline had closed its manufacturing facility for vaccines during Harper’s Conservative government, which is false.

“This facility didn’t close, it’s still producing most of the flu vaccine for Canada on an annual basis,” Lucas said during a recent telephone interview.

“I’ve been very concerned and frankly upset about the lies that are coming from the federal government

Trudeau's blaming of Mulroney on vaccine problems delusional, say experts

For me, there are two parts to the Harper video clip that was posted:

    - first 10 seconds or so: arrogance and narcissism
    - rest of the clip: fine.

The first 10 seconds, though... he just comes off as, "I am better than everyone."

Yes I agree it's an uphill battle all the time with either one but with the right in power it's not so steep for me.

The CPC platform now consists of 'Climate change isn't real' and 'Trudeau takes too many vacation days'

trudeau made it a policy for full transparency so every day it gets logged where he is.

so unless the opposition leaders want to follow suit and open up their itineraries, I’m not so much interested in how much time he takes off.

I didn't say anything about vacation days those would be added on top of of the personal days but nice try.
I already commented on that climate change isn't real thing. It was a stupid move I am still shaking my head. Dumb bastards.

And that's another problem with the country bloated government payrolls at all levels.

"We recognize that the most efficient way to reduce our emissions is to use pricing mechanisms"

    -- Erin O'Toole

Conservatives finally on board with the carbon tax. Good to at least have both parties on the same page.
