It's the part where he shut Parliament down today because the WE records are now sealed where if he waited after today the WE records would not be sealed. The opposition is fighting to keep the records from being sealed and not seen by anyone. It was a Greasy move to shut Parliament down Today, almost like Trudeau is trying to cover up or hide something.
He's either trying to hide something or stop the opposition from from wasting everyone's time thinking they have their 'gotcha' moment. It would be one thing if the opposition was looking to find out the truth but they aren't, they are looking to get Trudeau out any way they can. This is the shitty political environment of the USA trickling up here and if proroguing parliament snuffs it out, I just might be ok with it. It's disgusting the way all this stuff operates now. Political affiliations are now more important than anything.
I agree somewhat but snuffing out an investigation because the outcome isn’t going to go your way is also a US political move so we lose either way. If he did wrong, resign, let them have new leadership for the next election and salvage some voter base.
that guy is my MP for my riding he is a dick.. shouldn't say dick as i don't know him but you dont get a good feeling talking to him or the things he was saying during the election
Agree with this. If he had nothing to hide, let it see the light of day. His tactic of shutting it down was completely wrong. If he would've let them do their thing and he did nothing wrong, the fire would just burn out.
Okay. That's fine. What's that got to do with the matter at hand? You sure like to grasp at straws pal. Trudeau also made it abundantly clear he would never do it. Just another example of him going back on his word.
Not at all. Just remember why we sent Harper packing in the first place. It wasn't because Trudeau had nice hair.
I agree sort of, he is a cocky SOB but I get that feeling from ALL politicians. However he get shit done in the HOC and Committees. I like that he hold others accountable or tries to but I still get a greasy feeling from him. I don't, like I said above he is like a little slimy bulldog and can do better work in the HOC and Committees along with Michelle Rempel Garner in her new dresses to trigger the liberals, when she is not working from home in the US
Exactly what is wrong with her attire? Also, pretty sure they released all the WE documents so they got plenty of time to renew them now.
All I did was type in Trudeau Prorogued. The Liberal 2015 election platform pledged: “We will not resort to legislative tricks to avoid scrutiny. Stephen Harper has used prorogation to avoid difficult political circumstances. We will not.” That came from this article... https://globalnews.ca/news/7283553/justin-trudeau-prorogation-coronavirus/ CBC even questioning what he has done, and bringing up them saying they wouldn't do it... https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.cbc.ca/amp/1.5691338 National Post pointing out he said he wouldn't in his platform in 2015. https://www.google.ca/amp/s/nationa...wcm/d0649671-0e12-4646-a6f8-f12efc4a2c36/amp/ Another CBC article saying he denounced prorogation. https://www.google.ca/amp/s/www.cbc.ca/amp/1.5690515
The way the committee was going and the way #WE was turning over phone records, documents and registering as a government lobbyist just days ago does not make it look like Justin was trying to do what is good for Canada. You can bet any records that the opposition does get from the committee will just look like this
Whenever someone keeps bringing up Harper all I can think of is this Harper Harper Harper makes me laugh every time.
I see that tweet as just jealousy. She has since gone out and bought more of those in different colours , I mean there are pictures out there of Freeland on public stage with her ass hanging out and her picking her toes in the HOC There were 5000 new #WE documents that were supposed to be delivered today but now that Parliament is shut down and the committee with it those records are now sealed unless the opposition can get access to them. I don't understand how you can look at this situation and think that it was just done for the good of the country. I follow politics closer than most so I know what is going on in committees I watched the whole 3hr WE video. I do Lean right but only slightly and I see this as a YUGE* cover up. *That was for you Hairy
I'm just confused what exactly the scandal is. Who was benefiting from the scandal? Even if Trudeau hand picked WE to manage the charity, what's in it for Trudeau?
We will never know now, other than handing all this money over to a liberal friendly so called charity that wasn't a charity and has now registered as a government lobbyist and laid off more staff. They are a liberal, for lack of a better word, hive. When was the last time if ever that #WE had a conservative or a CPC party member member as a paid speaker or as just a speaker? Oh and just saw this if I saw it earlier I wouldn't have posted the other one but saw it coming.
Really, the only thing I can find is that the charity paid certain people, namely his wife, mother and brother in the past to speak, but doesn't pay others. So going forward with another big contract, perhaps they would do it again.
I guess that's the angle but it seems pretty silly when they can all fetch good speaking $$ wherever they want really.
I forgot about that one and is she a CPC member of convenience? I mean he was dating Belinda Stronach for the longest time and she was a Red Torri and Peter is not far off. So we have one
I'm certainly not going to listen to a conservative mouthpiece for information on this scandal. That be like me telling you to go watch a Trudeau video lol
