I'm feelin' it, minus the rear end.
I want to rest my man-bits in the seats of one of those for many years to come.
That's sexy 8)
Nice! But is it just me, or in the black interior pic, the center consol not line up with the shifter consol? know what i mean? maybe its just the way the pic is..
but pretty nice!
That's just the pic, and the way they are shaped.. there is like a space-thing there.
The only thing I don't like is the flat dash. The old driver oriented cockpits were much better imo. But other than that its kick ass, can't wait to see some pics of the 4 series.
The E36's dash layout IMO was the nicest the 3 series interior wise, by far!
needs to be 5-spd... and no i-drive
I-Drive = the sex! Friend of my parents have a new 5 series with it and after playing with it for about 10 minutes, it's super easy to use.
true.. i've never been in one.. i imagine all the magazine writers are like my dad and thats why they hate it so much
I'd still take an e46.. nice though..
Yeah basically if you were born before 1965, then Idrive is too much for your feeble mind to comprehend. Everyone else is home free to enjoy its benefits.
not feeling the tail at all...but the car is sexy good for old guys like me
The magazine writers are starting to come around. Partially because they are getting used to new technology finally, and partially because they now realize that they have no fucking choice since Mercedes-Benz and Audi are both developing multimedia interfaces similar to I-Drive. Of coruse they will say things like "Audi's version was much better sorted out when it debuted..." but, they won't mention "It was 4 fucking years after BMW took the plunge to try and declutter everyone's dashboards..."
<------ huge fan
how are the platforms of bmw numbered? from e30>36>46>90 confuses me.
The number originally was an internal thing denoting developemnet order. Thats why there are gaps between numbers, they are the versions that never made it to production. Whats funny is that the new 5(er for Pat) was developed before the new 7(er).

Hehe, gotta add the er!
i was in lookin at a 323ci today... wow.. pure sex
323 = pure sex? I guess if you're crippled! LoL underpowered
For the ultimate 3(er)lol I'd have to get a 330Ci M perf pkg in Imola Red with black trim and suede seats and interior pieces. Upgrade to 18" wheels with 245's in the back and 225's in the front
That's how our 330i Performance Package cars come. I would get exactly the same, add sunroof, but in a 4 door.
