    so what if it does catch fire! have an extinguisher handy or a garden hose!

    if you can get it off it would be best, then clean it with a wire brush or some shit. then put it back on with some grease or neverseize on it. brake cleaner would be fine to use but its not gonna stop it from sticking. Beat on it with a hammer...it should come off.

    You can actually buy undercoating remover from Canadian Tire. Saw it there the other day. Failing that brake cleaner is the miracle spray. :)
