Sidenote: This may also aid in Fiat establishing Alfa Romeo in North America (they'd been planning on it for a while), and possibly sell the Fiat 500 here.
A huge stretch would be them to buy more controlling interest in Suzuki too - I think I read GM is selling off some of their stocks. Fiat already has a partnership with them, as the Suzuki SX4 is a platform shared with Fiat.
This is verrrry interesting!
I was hoping for some hardcore car on car action since theres a warning, i'm disappointed.
Pics of Fiat's current models, in case you want to familiarize yourself with future Chrysler models:
The 500 would probably come over as a Fiat, and the Sedici is the Suzuki SX4. But the Brava, Chroma, and Linea are all sedans that could fit into an American lineup. And the Panda is a very interesting little car (EVO loves it).
Fiat's empire includes Ferrari (although I think to a lesser degree now), Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Maserati, and Abarth (more of a Fiat tuning line).
