I just got me a nice new cell phone (Motorola V220), and I noticed that it has a mini-USB port on it. Unfortunately it's not plug-and-play or anything, and it seems that Motorola sells a program called "Mobile Phone Tools" for accessing the phone for like $50. I think this is, just like every other cell phone accessory, completely fucking overpriced. Does anybody know where I can download either it or something else that'll let me put ringtones/graphics onto the phone?
http://www.suprnova.org/ Don't know if they have the program or not but I know you can download the ringtones and screensavers and games if you just clikc the "Mobile" link on the main page. Check in the "apps" category as there may be the proper software in there.
Here is a torrent for Motorola mobile update wizard V2.0 http://66.90.75.92/suprnova//torrents/2187/Motorola.Mobile.Upgrade.Wizard.V1.2.0.setup.torrent
Sadly that torrent wasn't what I needed... I'm thinking I'm just going to have to find it on some website or something.
If you do find anything please let the rest of us know... I've tired to find something before, but no luck. I've seen something about it a long time ago... but I can't find it anymore.
i have mobile phone tools (from motorola) i also have a v300 and it sometimes takes quite a bit to get it working...but maybe thats just me? if you want it im sure i can dig up the cd and iso it for yah
If you can't get it from him then sign up for the forum on sprnova and put in a request for the program you are looking for and you may get it.
