can this be fixed (attn guitar people)

    the fret board on my les paul appears to be a bit warped...can this be fixed? i cant get it in tune now because of this... drivin me nuts!!!!

    i dont want to buy another guitar till im reasonable well versed.

    It's warped when you look at it? Or is it buzzing in a specific area? Is the whole neck warped?

    Is it an actual LP, or a copy? Epi, or Gibby?

    Yes, it can be fixed. I wouldn't try it myself, though. And depending on what model Les Paul you have, it will likely be cheaper to buy a new guitar than to fix it.

    Actually, wait a tick . . .

    When you look at the guitar from this view:

    Does the neck bend from side to side or up and down?

    side to side is the expensive fix and up and down means a $40 setup.

    Its an Epiphone yes. its not a high end guitar, but it has sentimental value.

    and its warped like the picture Brian posted. when i look at it from this angle, its bent from the 6th string, and warps down to the 1st string. lower on the right then the left i guess.
