Boots, where can I download the thread preview mod?

I've look all over the net and I can't figure out where to download the thread preview mod. I went through every single page of mods on phpbb.com, and through a billion search results on google. I thought that since you've got it installed on here you might be able to point me in the right direction.

 

Honestly, it's been over a year and half since I did that mod... I can't remember where i got it
