Best way to resize a .gif

    What is the best way to resize a .gif file down to be a avatar but yet not have it all blurry?

    i have photoshop and i know how to resize it, but it becomes all blurry like my current avatar. i am gonna try the gifworks here when i get a chance.

    Before you resize it, go to Image > Mode > RGB Color. Then resize it, and save it. Shouldn't be blurry/pixelated.
