I don't want to use iTunes anymore. What is your favorite software for organizing and keeping track of your music. I don't want to download or stream music. I'm old school and just want to manage my own music and audio books on my own PC. Any thoughts?
I haven't used anything but iTunes and currently rarely touch it because I stream everything through Spotify so I'm not much help. Honestly, the future of listening to "personal music" is streaming. Saying you're "old school" means you're just left behind. (I don't mean that to sound mean! I love you. Wait... that's going too far. I don't know what I'm doing.)
I am not interested in downloading music. I just want to organize the music I have. I have lots of albums that currently have on my PC and just want to find software to help me organize what I've got. I don't want to spend money for a service that I probably wouldn't use. Just looking for something that I can use as a front-end for what i've got so I can easily queue up my own music. I have quite a number of audio books that's i've accumulated and am trying to organize those as well.
You do not have to download music and you do not have to worry about the music you currently have. Just get spotify for $9.00 a month and you can listen to anything you want whenever you want. The best part are the playlists and recommendations it makes for you.
