Daughter and I usually go there and have a little 'coffee n' apple juice' and I score some beans
Saw Boots and fam with dog in tow downtown HFX on Saturday!
Sublime on Saturday @ a mutual friend's place
Saw Gmosher in the airport on my way to KY
i cant even remember the last time i saw an rcer
Besides the ones I'm expected to see (my wife, who I don't think even looks at RC anymore) and GMosher, I can't recall seeing anyone in a long time. It was probably Leroy29.
What ever happened to mosher, why doesn't he post anymore
I chatted with Goodie recently... can anyone guess where he is?
Moved to upscale neighborhood....no longer mingles with blue collar peasants
I would say it would be Boots
Pottie. He dropped by the other day to fix up a remote starter in my wife's crv.
Doing gay porn?
billybob was gracious enough to host us for few days back in August. Ask him how the handling of the Tower Ranch Golf carts are. Congrats on the gender reveal BTW.
Also saw Duggan over the summer.
It's not that he's doing gay porn, it's WHERE he's doing gay porn.
This is also my most recent RC sighting. Although I did get to see cohiba twice in a week on her visit back to NS
Last one I saw was Horsman in Dartmouth
Fuckin arm still twitches
Alberta, i mean come on boots there was a guess made now tell us
Colder than Alberta if that's possible
Goodson is goodie? I thought it was a noob and I think I was nice to them
God what a waste of being nice
Thank god it’s a different type of cold, right?
More of a NWT cold
Yeah but I get to see the Northern Lights dancing over my head when I walk my dog in the morning, so I got that going for me.
Downside? Up until a week or two ago there was bears EVERYWHERE. I've come across herds of bison wandering around, coyotes, wolves, foxes, lynx all from the comfort of the SUV while cruising around.
Saw a family of black bears drinking out of a stream by the highway, and a baby bear started climbing up the ditch wall to take a peek at the curious folks in the car. Cute little thing!
Could you carry a sidearm there legally?
You can bring guns on planes up here, believe it or not -- as long as they aren't loaded!
That being said, I don't see people wearing them around town (at least from what I can tell).
edit -- I should say it only seems to be when flying within the Territories, they are quite lax security-wise. I found out about the gun thing when asking if I could bring my bottle of water and got laughed at.
I mean, this yard is a two minute walk down the road. Old Yogi bear just looking for picnic baskets
Almost drilled one a few weeks ago coming around a corner with a bit of speed; slammed on the brakes and he continued into the provincial campground right on the beach. Probably scared a few tourists cooking hot dogs, I'm sure.
It's been a long time. Last person was probably Mosher when I was at his place sometime between last Christmas and New Years.
Which town are you in, Goodson ?
Must be nice; sounds like they exercise common sense
I'd be sporting two six shooters by the looks of the bears
Has your dog ever caught sight of one?
Um Hi! I ran into you on Thanksgiving!
Yeah -- the family on the side of the road whose young one I posted earlier. At most, he usually quietly whimpers but knows not to bark.
First time he saw a herd of about 15-20 bison, they were about thirty feet from the car, quietly munching on grass. He started hyper-ventilating a bit and I thought he was going to get sick, but we drove down the road so he calmed down. Any time he sees bison now, he just sticks his head out the window and sniffs quietly. He is slowly getting used to seeing large animals wandering around.
The middle of nowhere, a land where internet speeds top out at 15 mbps over DSL (and that's the 'don juan' package!). It's three hours to the nearest Canadian Tire, and two hours to the nearest Timmy's!
So....why the fuck do you choose to live there? Sounds awful
Slow internet I can handle.....No Canadian tire? I'm out
I'm assuming a fuck ton of money has something to do with it
