I'm pretty sure he meant their customer service in general (sales, parts, service etc.)

it all depends on what you are looking, we do not have access to looking up the Acura parts, if you happen to have a part # we can run it in our system to see if we can order it or not, sometimes we cannot do it and therefore you must go to Acura, where you talking to a guy named Steve Boyd?

I dont know who i was talking too, but last time I checked my engine was a honda, and all I needed PCV hose for an ITR (which is the same part # as a B16) I just left and went to Colonial Honda and he had it in 2 seconds.. I always goto Honda dealership if Acura dosent have it in stock and has to order even though I usually get 20% off at Acura.. I hate waiting for shit sometimes.. well, all the time really :D

Well Anthony, if you come see me, I can give you at least 15% off, and i can definately not give you a hard time i might not know what works with what but just as long as the customer has an idea to point me in the right direction

Well it would be rare for you to catch me at the front counter, seeing as I work with the Technicians more than anyone else, but we have had a few fucktards working there.... at this particular moment I am the most senior guy there and i am only 20, but have been there for 5 years.
