I was at my friends place in Highfield and I have to say I would live there before I would live here (Rutledge) again. Was suprised how quite the area was and how quite the bulding was compared to here for less $$ and was even newwer apt.
Heat and Hot water.. parking is $5 extra.. honestly.. and i'm not just sayin this... it's a great appartment i love it.. if i didn't have a more affordable place to go.. i wouldn't leave... the area isn't all that bad... i haven't had a problem with anything.....
