Has anyone else here ever tried it?
if you insist on running windows, apache is the best way to go as far as a webserver
it's not really at home unless it's on a *nix box but it works great under windows
Took me the better part of last night until 2am to get the server running and viewing PHP files. Also got the mySQL database server running as well. All this is really hard when you've never done it before. Now all I have to do is learn PHP scripting to list files and display certain ones. Got any great links for that?
