Looking at a CPO 2018 Volvo V60 Cross Country (loaded)
    - full warranty until 160k

Other than I found it small for a "wagon", anyone have any experience with them for reliability?

they got rid of the R :gay:

the performance version is a "polestar" now. i still have a soft spot for the s60r, ive always wanted one but theyre old now.

as for the v60, i HATE wagons, but it is by far the best looking option.

Massive recall on them right now. Not sure of the details, didn't apply to me or anyone I know.

i don't own one but the older ones you couldn't kill them, the newer they are probably up there with most luxury cars/suv great but out of warranty probably bleed you dry.

That said i would buy one haha

Not as of 2018? This is the car I would buy tomorrow if money is no object, but it is.

Not the performance car I plan on owning in a few years, so I am not going overboard here. Just a simple Jeep replacement that the wife loves and is safe in.

You should probably just get the E63S wagon. Your wife will love it, and safety is top notch!

Random Volvo story... got on the 102 yesterday heading towards hfx. Guy in a white V60 gunned it in an attempt to pass everyone using the merging lane. Needless to say the merging lane ended and he had nowhere to go. Two tires were in the dirt and he was going probably 150 km/h ... he did get back on the road and was fine but I'm pretty sure he soiled his pants. Good lesson for him.

Twin charged and twin motored. That would be an awesome car to own out of warranty.

Let's just get a fractional ownership club going, we can all pool some money together and get a few sweet cars and rotate them through. You get the E63 and I will contribute a 2014 GMC Terrain that is full of dog hair and broken dreams.

    That's funny.

Seriously though, my dad has a 2013 Terrain with the 3.6 V6 in it, love that little rig. Comfortable and hauls ass.

It's actually pretty peppy, and the wife drives it as such. When she used to take the Jeep out I could hear her leaving the driveway trying to operate with the same lead foot. I am pretty sure the neighbours were terrified.
