You and your porn sites. It's a problem but the first step to recovery is admitting you have a problem.

214 is nothing to worry about if it's all cookies or something. It also really depends on the type of file found. The only ones that really matter are the executeables and possibly registry keys because they can make your computer slow and crashtastic. Cookies adaware deems as spyware are mostly just tracker cookies used to grab usage stats.

Also, I would reccomend running somthing like spybot search and destroy to get a second opinion on your system.

Spybot S&D is much better than adware. Adware Has its own spyware that it puts on your comp.

No it doesn't.It ads fake spyware to replace a few out there so that the programs that use them will not become inoperable after removing the spyware. Didn't you notice that when you install spybot s&D after adaware is installed it tells you exactly that.
Spybot is good, but it is good to use both because there are a few things that Adaware finds that spybot does not.

when i run adaware for customers, the average is about 400-500. its all the tracking cookies that companies are putting into their webpages that is the problem. does not have to be porn sites.
