OK I get it

Today .. Periods of drizzle ending early this morning then cloudy with sunny periods. Wind north 30 km/h. High 10.
Tonight .. Cloudy. Periods of rain beginning overnight. Amount 2 mm. Wind north 20 km/h becoming light this evening. Low 5.

 

this is far from a Halifax specific site. Well we want it to be anyways.
