    Elliot MacNeil, president of Sidewalk Real Estate Development, says his company is still working out what it plans to do with land it has assembled on a prominent section of Portland Street in downtown Dartmouth.

    In an interview, MacNeil said his company has acquired properties at 185, 189, 191 and 193 Portland St., next door to the historic St. James United Church, for the construction of a residential building of unspecified height and with commercial space at ground level.
