    Wondering where the time went.
A little apprehensive, but not much - he's a pretty social kid and pretty bright. The only thing we're a little worried about is attention span - he's a November baby, so he'll only be 4 when he starts.

Ours is a November kid too, soon going to have to decide when he should start school. Time sure does go by fast though! My parents always said that and I kinda laughed at them...

    Ohhh!!

    Congrats!!

I was proud on my son's first day and so happy for him.

Then in the afternoon at home, I layed down and cried.

It was rather weird. Just one of those parent things I guess.

    Im a November baby.
I had to wait untill I was 5 years old to start.
Then I turned 6 in November.
    :toetap:

When did they change it over to being 4 in grade primary?

In the last couple of years. Nova Scotia had a different starting schedule than the rest of the country so they changed it to bring it in line - makes things a lot easier for people who have to move around a lot with kids (military, for example).

I wish they would have done that before I started school.
I would have graduated a year earlier! and actually have friends my age. :kekeke:
