Good. These carriers are crooks. Saw it firsthand having just dropped Bell for Telus. One is just as bad as the other.
I am in the process of dropping Bell internet, for Citywide(Eastlink reseller)
I love my gigabit fibreop
It took me 3 weeks to get a hold of "the right person" to cancel with Citywide.
Why did you cancel?
It was a corporate account and we moved to a new location and used a different provider. Nothing wrong with the service until we tried to cancel. Just seemed a bit shady at that point.
Gotcha. I have heard of people having issues with customer service but I've had none so far
we negotiated what seemed like for months with bell internet, and it keeps creeping back up in price. its like you have to phone them every month for something. They are a fucking monopoly
maybe with it being a corporate account there was issues.
I've heard no issues at all from people in my hood about citywide, my only beef is they want me to pay extra for a wifi router. ridiculous
They just hit me with an increase on my "locked in until 2020" flash sale plan. So, I gave them a call Friday, and indicated that I would not be paying the $9 a month increase as we have a written
contract. (kept all the emails)
Waiting to hear back from the department involved in this.
