because the warranty was running out, and wanted to refresh it. Nothing blown, just spent money on the top end and wanted a new bottom end.

So "WARRENTY" rebuilt your whole bottom end even, though nothing was blown...because you wanted to "freshen" it up??
Actually, Acura did replace his bottom end under warranty. It's amazing what a company will do for a loyal customer, especially when you buy another new $45K car from them. Stu is a lucky fuck, Acura treats him well. Anyways, enough with the BS.. let the man sell his car. If you're not interested in buying this car, then you have no reason to be posting in this thread.

not true about the loyal customer shit, I bought a 2002 rsx-s from them for 36,000 cash and since I've had nothing but problems from them. One example is I have went in just recently to have some warrenty work done and they needed it all day so I asked for a loaner and they wouldn't give it to me because I'm not 25 and they're insurance policy just changed that doesn't allow people under 25 to drive they're cars unless there's someone in the car with you. I couldn't believe it, I never had a problem with getting a loaner befor and they go and change they're insurance. not good customer service
How is that bad customer service on there part? Just becasue the insurance company dictates who should be driving there cars is not a fault of theres. Besides, there is no rule that states you are required to have a loaner if the car is there for a day. Chris, the car is still for sale, but its not what it was..... Everything included minus front end and air bags. Price is signifcantly lower, a little bit higher then a true Gsr swap and you get a car with it. As well i have a lead on a JDM front end, oem metal to replace the front end damage. Cost of Front end = 2600 Canadian for entire converison. Good buy for a project car, or a race car. Just had no luck with this car in the past 12 months, and do not wish to fix it.
