not quite the same but my wife just stepped on the scale and said it was accurate for her.
Think I might need to buy a new scale. Not believing the 4lb drop in 2 days.
I'm still stuck on dance bars even being open.
Then again, I'm looking at it with a Seattle lens, not a Nova Scotia lens where COVID barely exists.
I'm only on day 3 but I'm actually already noticing higher energy levels. Like 17 mentioned, I'm drinking a ton more water but not too bad for me...
For me to start, it’s an 8 hour window starting at noon and going to 8pm. So I’ll be having lunch and then supper with the family.

Grifter - sometimes with IF, you'll also see ratios like 5:2 or 4:3 - when it adds up to 7, people are doing full days fasting.
16 hour fast: 8 hour window to eat.
20 hour fast: 4 hour window to eat.
Did you start out at 20:4 or eventually moved to that? 16:8 seems like a do-able starting point. Most days are different for me from a fitness...
Reviving this thread, mostly because I searched for intermittent fasting and this came up. I know it's something I've kind of been thinking about...
