Mine:

1. Lose ~35 lbs. I knew I'd been gaining some weight, partly due to being injured and unable to run lately, but mostly due to a bad diet and too much beer since moving to Seattle.
2. Running. I have 2 goals here: a) Run a 1/2 marathon again. I got away from running...

Looking at TV’s for probably the first time in 15 years. I remember 15 years ago spending over $2k for our current 46” Samsung. It still looks awesome, no issues. It’s not 4K but I don’t really think you need that.

Not looking to break the bank - TV will go into our cottage but also don’t want to buy a piece of junk. As an example TCL Roku TV’s weren’t even a brand when I bought the Samsung - seem to get decent reviews. Worth it?

Also almost impossible to find anything in the 46” size -...
Anyone have any suggestions on a relatively inexpensive way to rent/borrow a car? I'm looking to buy a new semi-auto 22lr. Sub $500.

It'll be rarely used. Once in a blue moon for small varmint (raccoon, etc), and maybe 25-50 rounds a year plinking. I prefer the look/feel of wood stock, am indifferent between blued/stainless, and would prefer to buy once and keep it for the rest of my life.

Suggestions? Was leaning towards the Marlin Model 60, but am liking some of what I'm hearing of the new Winchester Wildcat (two OBVIOUSLY different rifles).

I’m heading to Orlando (staying in the Disney/Epcot area) for a conference in a few weeks. Pretty sure my wife is going to come along, and we’ll have about three days after the conference to do whatever.

Not really interested in theme parks or shopping, would rather see some sights and keep it relatively low-key.

Considering either driving out to the keys, heading for Tampa and the Gulf coast, or maybe Daytona area.

Are the keys worth the six extra hours...
I was originally going to do R-5 codeboard before i lay down my 7/16" OSB, but it's 1" thick and might be overkill. The basement height is already 7' so i don't want to build the floor up to high if i can get away with it. Is the R-2.5 1/2" thick codeboard good for initial floor insulation?...
