Not much for gear, new set of moto pants.

Lots of parts over the winter though.

On the little 65SX I upgraded the shock spring to handle 150lbs instead of the stock 50-70, put stiffer fork oil in the front, throttle cable off of an 85 because the bar risers had it maxed out, new air filter, brake pads front and back, new chain, sprockets and chain sliders.

The 125SX for the G-Unit I've done quite a bit. New crank, piston, flywheel weight, clutch slave and case guard, had the head modded to smooth out the hit, new levers, bars and hand guards, graphics, lowered seat, looking into some softer springs for the forks.

The 250SX-F I've added a jetting kit, and I upgraded the timing chain tensioner as the stock one is known to fail causing the cams to skip a tooth.

I can't wait for the spring, registered to race with The Alberta Old-Timers MX Association this year, never raced in my life and I am pumped!

I'm getting my bike painted and removed the stock turn signals. Pics will follow after I've finished everything. Bike's a 2006 Victory Vegas 8-Ball.

Just picked up the rest of my gear tonight. Its not fancy stuff, but I think it'll do the job nicely til I find out what expensive gear ill want. I'm all ready to pick the bike up from storage after I move. Can't wait.

This photochromatic lens is sick, I didnt expect it to get this dark, very impressed. It transitions from clear to this.

Oh that should be interesting, drive it more sparingly than the CBR, much less forgiving.

For those that have bought riding denims - how do you find the jeans for weight and comfort compared to "normal" jeans?

I have a kevlar set. Weight difference is so small is it negligible. I love the comfort.

Got the call this morning. Bike is all tuned up. Can't wait to see the dyno sheets!

Not much different without the armour in.

Got me some new riding gear:

Drako Drift kevlar jeans. I've bought a few pairs just to return them because they were way too baggy. These fit normally:

Alpine Stars Joey shoes. I hate wearing big bulky motorcycle boots when off the bike. These wear just like high top cons. So comfortable yet nicely protected:

And, haven't received it yet, but I bought this kevlar hoodie with padding. Supposed to be pretty comfortable:

Also, since kevlar just protects against abrasion, I wear these underneath:

It's a 750. I said the same about your bike in the "Pics Of Your Ride" thread.
