Career: Oil Rigs> Oil Sands.. Help, Info, What to ecpect?

I have an individual ideal to work oil sands as driver and make some good money and see first hand what are country is doing for an export/import. I believe we are doing well and with that thought study after International Trade for continued understanding in the top industry with back up career RCMP.

My question:
I need to make 8000$ cash to get to class with that what steps is best to reach that objective?
