Decides she wants to just upgrade to iPhone 5 on 3 year term (currently zero contract) Bell has stupid rule that when activating your own phone and signing up with no contract you can't upgrade and sign a contract for 3 months after activation. Her 3 month date is May 13. Call and talk to retentions and they say they won't change the date and let her sign a 3 year contract but she can cancel the line and re-sign up but they need 30 days notice to cancel the line lol.
