I'm aware that I'm likely not the only person having trouble finding full-time work in my field, but I figured I would ask to see if anyone had any advice for a recent university grad.<br />

I check CareerBeacon and apply for 2-5 positions a day, unique cover letter for each. The layout and substance of my resume is solid. <br />

Pros:<br />
Business/Marketing Degree<br />
Smart, Creative, Reliable guy with entrepreneurial mindset<br />
<br />
Cons:<br />
Lacking sales/marketing or co-op experience<br />
<br />
<br />
Any advice whatsoever would be helpful and genuinely much appreciated.</div>
